A windy beach about 1 hour drive from Fortaleza.

FABIO'S REVIEW

Fortaleza has over 20 km of urban beaches, clean and well maintained. But kite-surfers prefer the Cofeco beach, due to its strong winds. A big thanks to Mara and Juliana for taking me there.
