GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Kaymakli Underground City is contained within the citadel of Kaymakli, in the Central Anatolia Region of Turkey. The tunnels are lower, narrower, and more steeply inclined. Of the four floors open to tourists, each space is organized around ventilation shafts.
