CENTRAL WORLD SHOPPING MALLS

Central World is a shopping plaza in Bangkok. It is the tenth largest shopping complex in the world. The complex, which includes a hotel and office tower, is owned by Central Pattana.

DUSIT ZOO

The Dusit Zoo is located in the Khao Din Park, next to the Parliament House and Dusit Palace. It is the oldest zoo of Thailand, built by King Chulalongkorn as his private garden adjacent to the royal palace.

GRAND PALACE

The Grand Palace is a complex of buildings at the heart of Bangkok. The palace has been the official residence of the Kings of Siam since 1782.

PHRA SUMEN FORT

Phra Sumen Fort was built in 1783. This octagonal brick-and-stucco bunker was one of 14 city watchtowers that punctuated the old city wall alongside Khlong Rop Krung.

VICTORY MONUMENT

The Victory Monument is a large military monument in Bangkok. The monument is located in Ratchathewi District, northeast of central Bangkok, at the center of a large traffic circle.

WAT SAKET (GOLDEN MOUNT)

Wat Saket Ratcha Wora Maha Wihan is a Buddhist temple in the Pom Prap Sattru Phai district of Bangkok. The temple dates back to the Ayutthaya era, when it was known as Wat Sakae.

The Golden Mount is part of the Wat Saket temple, located just outside the old royal city precincts, next to the Pom Mahakhan fort.
